You have the option to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days commencing the day after receipt and request either an exchange with other product(s) or a full refund. After expiration of the above deadline, returns are not acceptable.
In case you request an exchange and the new product is of lower value from the product of the original order, the money difference is not refunded but credited to your name for future purchases.
Return and replacement are free of charge for the customer for shipments within Greece with the use of cooperating courier companies.
The procedure to be followed to complete the exchange is the following:
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org writing: your name, your order number, the reason why you want to return the product (optionally) and whether you want an exchange.
Within 2 working days you will receive a reply via email with the return instructions via courier service.
Once we receive the returned product, our specialised personnel will check the current condition of the item. If the condition of the item, the packaging and the accessories, as well as shipping documents meet all the conditions listed below (NOT ACCEPTABLE RETURNS) *, then you will be notified via email about the acceptance of your return.
NOT ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Products to be returned must be in the same condition as they were sent by PATSEAS SA and received by the customer, integral, without signs of use or any wear. The special card of the company PATSEAS SA as well as the product’s labels should not be removed or altered. The packaging should be the same as it came with each item, along with any other accessories, in excellent condition and with all shipping documents such as the retail receipt and consignment note .
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Moreover, returns are not accepted for: seasonal items (Charms, Christmas and Easter items, etc.), customised or processed products upon customer’s request and items with signs of use.
We inform you that PATSEAS SA bears no responsibility for any damages of the products after they have been used and is not obliged whatsoever to exchange the products.
In case you do not want to exchange with a new product, the money return process is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Refunds are made to the original means of payment, unless at the time of purchase, you have chosen cash on delivery. Refund on this case will be made by deposit/transfer in the customer’s bank account.
To this end, the customer informs at email@example.com about his bank account number (IBAN), bank name and beneficiary name of bank account. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one indicated on the invoicing information and on the purchase receipt.
